Fundraising is the lifeline of Sikh Orphan Fund. Without it, we wouldn’t be able to continue delivering support to so many orphan children.
It takes extraordinary people who want to do something, to make our fundraising a success. We are hugely grateful to all of those who have taken action and started fundraising for the orphans.
How Can You Raise Funds for Us?
There are some fundraising ideas below for inspiration, or feel free to come up with your own to can help us make a difference to these children.

Some Fundraising Ideas to Consider
Events - The list is limitless, dinners, fashion shows, quizzes, guest, car boot events.
Non-Uniform Day - An opportunity to be an outrageous with a great reason for doing so. Opportunity to publicise Sikh Orphan Fund and make more people aware of what we do. Dress inappropriately (within reason!) for £1 and watch the coins pour in.
Set up a Stall - Many organisers will give you a free stall for a good cause. It could be a donations stall with our publicity material or you could sell things to make money.
Car Washing - You will need a good supply of warm water, sponges and shampoo. Maybe start at your doorstep, in your street, or gurdwara/church car park. Set up a team to make the most of the effort and income.
